i put my headers on myself. it was really hard. at first one of the header flange bolts wouldnt come off so we had to dill it to break the nut. next getting the passenger side up wasnt to hard just time consuming to get to some of the bolts. the driver side was a b*tch. first, taking the stock bolts out were pretty hard. next it was so hard to slide the header up into the tiny space. before we could attatch it we had to connect the EGR pipe. this was the hardest part. it took so long to get it to bend right, plus it had to be directly in-line with the connector or else it was a no-go. even the slightest bit turned and it wouldn't fit. next was attaching the header. first i had to put the back top bolts to put it in positon. next i had to slide the gasket in between it from underneath the car. this was extremly hard. and last was the bolts. getting the bottom third one in(started) was the hardest part next. then tightening the driver side bolts wasn't to hard just it took so long to do because i had to wedge my hand in tight places and turn the bolt a 1/8 of turn at a time. in the end i was so happy that i did it myself that all the cuts, frustration, and anger with my car evaporated when i started m car and heard the new sound.
