I have an o/r H and flowmasters and my car is pretty loud (will be louder when I get my LTs) anyway I went threw inspection here in Delaware and the lady in the inspection lane asked me a million questions about my car. She was like "Why did you come in so slow? Is your car really loud or something?" so making an excuse I blamed it on my new clutch saying I didn't want the car to jump. She kept giving me dirty looks and told me to rev it. I revved it really slow and she was like "Do you have an illegal exhaust?" with a smile and just shook my head and said that all mustangs with new mufflers sound like that. I also had a cop yell at me for revving in a parking lot, threating me with a ticket and telling me I would have to have my car checked outwhile I was showing a few buddies my new exhaust.

Another buddy of mine has a 2000 GT also with the same set up and I was with him when he went threw inspection so that I could see what I was gonna expect and they didn't give him a hard time. The guy only told him to rev it and then was like ok. We didn't get the mirror test thank God.

And yeah I was lucky. I was nevous as hell.

I've gotten dirty looks from my chain of command, but never been stopped for my exhaust (MAC o/r H and LM1's). Actually gotten a compliment from my 1SG, with the tag that I need to keep it under control... they don't believe that I can handle a 300hp sports car... I'm 23.
