Need Tune Help plz..

Need Tune Help plz..
To make a long story short....I had SCT 87 octane tune from MD and car ran fine. My fuel tank was almost empty so I filled it up with 93 octane and then I installed the 93 octane tune from MD...this was done yesterday....the car ran fine all day. Today leaving work I noticedthat inidle the car felt like it wanted to shut off. While driving home with my kids asleep in the backseat I got an explosion sound from the exhaust (detonation?) and then my check engine light came on. Lukily I hat my SCT tuner with me...read codes and it had a code....cant remember exactly what it was but it was kinda "HO2.... Rich" I then reprogrammed the 93 octane tune and retarded the spark by -2 at all rpm ranges. Started idling better but after about 10 min it was driving like crap. If you guys have any suggestions as to what I can try, I would greatly apreciate it, thx.
Btw I have a 2001 Automatic 4.6 Gt, mods are: TunableInduction CAI, Accufab 75mm TB/Plenum, LT headers, Steeda pullies, Prochamber, Borla Stingers and 4.10 gears.
