Default D-1SC / P-1SC

OK, I made up my mind this winter that im getting a prochager p-1sc 8,10,12 lb, 3-core intercooler kit this summer for my 03 GT. However i keep reading about people who put on a D-1SC supercharger. My question is were they heck do you find this kit. Ive searched prochargers website, and all they say is upgraded to it, and I've also googled the crap out of it. Can anyone out there tell me what is the difference between these two. I'm planing on running 10 lb of boost on a completely stock motor, and im looking for around 390 - 400 hp. Is this possiable? And can someone please help me understand the difference between these two superchargers.

P.S. Even a good link to some info would be helpful, im not shy about reading.

I believe it is just a kit upgrade that is cheaper to do at the time you order the kit instead of after the fact. Procharger's site shows that it can handle 100 more HP based on a higher flow.

100 more Max HP

200 CFM moreMaxflow

2 more Max PSI

It's for motors with N/A base horsepower of 300-500, whereas the P-1SC is for motors with base N/A horsepower of 200-500

Well, talk to ATI about their spec sheet then.

BTW, that was both helpful and insightful, would you care to elaborate?

Mylongvictor is shooting for 500 + wheel hp with a P1. Unless your going all out, you won't need a D.
