P&P Heads or FR500 Heads???

RE: P&P Heads or FR500 Heads???
My friend did the same thing., He had his heads worked on with oversized intake valves and crower cams. CNC P&P. I think it ran him around $2k for all the work plus another $1k for the cams! You'll be spending atleast that for bare FR500 heads! Also before you go breakin stuff, you might wanna change out those rear axles for stronger ones especially if you run any kind of soft compound. My buddy blew his axles out and had to replace the entire rear-end because the damage was extensive. He did all that on street slicks with 20psi! They'll run you $500. get'em done.

Probably not enough of a market and the Crowers and Comps are very good grinds so they just sell them.

If you have the $$$$ get the best head you can which would be the FR500...then you can have them worked in the future if you want even more gains.
I would look at Crower and Comp blower cams. What are you doing about your intake? The matching FR500 Intake is also a nice piece. You could also have your stock one ported and or extrude honed.
