Default Step 1 in Silver Bucket track prep is DONE

I installed my new double adj. upper control arms on the Bucket today. Next up is the line lock and welding up my TQ boxes. WAHOOOOOO

and we can just weld the stockers, assumign we have them. ive see them for sale on websites - Ive got a welder, soI just weld them in the pre-exsisting location?

You have TQ boxes from the factory except the stock ones are just spot welded. You want to put a solid bead on the lower CA TQ box.

I C, and should I wait to install aftermarket (roush) lcas before I weld it? also should weight be on the wheels in order to do this, or is welding it while on jack stands or a lift ok?

and while were at it. i was told that welding my subframes with weight of the wheels could flex the car (weld the frames in that flexed positon) and really fugg things up. Where should I position the stands to weld those on? - or is it just malarky?

I did mine with the car on a drive on lift.
