Default throw out bearing?

I have a 2003 mustang gt with almost 10,000 miles on it. I would not say I drive the heck out of it but I do get on it every once in awile with the ocasional burn out (rev it up a little and let the clutch out). Now for some reason when I push in the clutch it gives me a howling sound that sounds like a belt slipping but not so loud. I have had a lot of problems with my clutch like I broke the self adjuster before after I first got it. (I hate that self adjusting clutch.) If any one has any tips what I should do for the future let me know, or if this has happened to any body else,(what did the dealer do, has it done it again since being fixed).

thanks.

how much will that run around? I was thinking about just a after market adjustable cluth cable and a metal adjuster in stead of that cheap plastic one that seems so easy to break. But I am wanting to s/c my car and pretty much every thing that goes along with it so that would probably be a good idea so it doesnt just go out later on.
