I have the weld in flowmasters along with the BBK o/r x pipe. Well im wanting it louder and deeper. If i went with an actual flowmaster catback would that make a difference? I love the sound im just wondering if this will give me some extra sound.

I have BBK LT's, O/R X, FLow Welds, I like them. its quiet at Idle, but when i get on it ITS LOUD. :-) and the catback will be alot louder than the Welds.

no actually the catback is quieter. I had both. I think you should get the catback to get ride of the crappy 2.25" factory piping and the catback has a smoother better sounding tone. its a bit deeper and less raspy

i have weld in flows right now also. they do have a nice tone to them but they have a lot of drone too. they are a great improvement over the stock of course but i dont see myself keeping them forever. as soon as i get the money im getting a full catback, mid and lts.

I'm not sure how much the sound difference would be, but I think the added performance you'd get from switching to the whole cat bac makes it worh buying IMO.

I just got the flowmaster american thunder cat back system and it sounds really good. But also that system came with the flowmaster 40's, not the deltas, just the regular 40s. Nice tone from the time I start it up til I get on it and then it's really throaty. Can't go wrong. Now whether or not you weld them in or get the catback, probably doesn't matter. Only thing that I think I like is the fact that the system is mandrel bent. Not a lot of shops do that. Oh well, my 2 cents.

If i traded out my BBK o/r X for an H do you think that would sound alot better with the flows? Or is the difference even that noticable between the two?
