ok so how has o/r h pipe that there states have emission. im in cali and they r hard here but i just got mine any no how bad cops r against it or what r the results in having it

Your car could be (depending on the citing officer) towed. Fines and other costs to bring it back to emissions compliance could easily exceed $1500.
There's a guy at GTR Performance in Rancho Cucamonga, 909 987 4386, that went through this last year. Call and ask them, they'll tell you all about it.
I was gonna use an off road H, but I think I'm going with a catted H instead. Still very illegal, but it will be easier to get away with it....
