Default Cruise Control problems

I have an 03 GT and my cruise control just recently stopped working for no apparent reason. My air bag light also is coming on and off now, but is staying on more often now. So i was just curious if anyone knew what might be wrong? If so, is it something i can repair myself without taking it into the shop?
I appreciate any help, thanks!

as far as the cc, my car (not sure about your year model) has two cables going to the throttle body, one is the throttle, one is for cruise control, check those and see if one is off........as far as your air bag light, idk, but i would get it checked out quick.

I did some more messing around, and found out the horn isn't working either. I checked that fuse(horn), it looked fine. I pulled all the 20amps and they all looked good in the engine compartment. Air bag fuse was good too. But im going to replacethe horn fusejust in case. Is there any other fuses i should check out?
Where exactly is the throttle body located? (sorry im not very good mechanically)
Could it be the whole steering wheel? Because it seems as if there is no power to anything on it (air bag, cruise control, horn). Just a theory.
Thanks for the help so far!

It was the clock spring that was causing those problems.
I bought a new one, replaced it. My horn and cruise control now work.
Just figured i'd let people know, just in case they encounter the same problem.
