Does anyone run a spec stage 3 clutch?

Pedal effort is really not much different. What you will find is that stage 3 clutches will chatter a lot when new and chatter a little once broken in, especially when cold.
If you want no chatter, take a look at a stage 2 or 2+. We offer 10 % off to Mustang forum members.

Its not even close to a stock feel. Some people have gotten them and said that it wasn't that bad, and it isn't terrible, but it does have quite a bit of pedal effort.
Nothing thats gonna make your leg super tired (probably) but its a really noticable difference.
And +1 on the chatter.

I have a spec stage 3 w/fidanza flywheel.. and the chatter is horrid for the first thousand miles or so...
My clutch is light - lighter then my stock gt clutch when I had my GT.. almost so light - i thought they didnt install my aftermarket clutch!
