Intake questions - Need help
Well, I have decided to upgrade my TB and plenum, but I have some questions if I should upgrade my intake. I currently have just replaced the stock air box with a K&N open cone filter. How much of difference will replacing the MAF or the ribbed intake tubbing make? I saw that C&L makes a trueflow intake pipe and a 80MM MAF. Will I tell a diffence upgrading my MAF and intake pipe or save my money for something else and just leave my stock intake alone? Let me know. Thanks!

It doesn't really make that much difference.
What year is your car? I have a C&L setup for a 99/00 car I would let go for really cheap, its what was on my car before I got the vortech kit.

You might feel a litle in throttle response, but no overall major gain! Same with the t/b and plenum
You'll spemd a fortune in bolt-ons that won't do all that much. Many people here wish they never started the bolt-on game! I sold everything I had which I started buying before winter. All topnotch stuff. I ended up getting a wet kit 100shot, cat back, clutch, upgraded to an alum. crossover! I saved bookooo bucks and will have more power than before! The catback will def. have gains! ofcourse the 100shot, but that's more for show and weekend use!
I would get the trueflow tube as it looks nice and get a C&L Plenum as they have comparable flow rates to accufab with maybe a BBK T/B. Don't get anything else as it wil be a waste of $$$$$$

C&L blows. when i ran NA, it was screwing up my MAF counts. Just get TB and plenum. Take the silencer out of the airbox (could make the hole bigger)and leave the K&N in. everything is a waste of money just save up and find a used supercharger and be done with it.
