Default What Should I Do?

I have a 1998 Mustang GT and I have about $400 to spend. I was wondering what should I buy to get the most horsepower for my money? I was looking at a new BBk cold air kit, a 75mm Ford Racing throttle body, and a bigger upper plenum. Would this add about 20-30 more rwhp or do I need to go with something else?
Thanks.

do you have gears? if not get gears, by far the cheapest way to see big results.. granted no power but def. a kick in the pants

never on a npi car. you should get a pi intake off of ebay. you should notice a good bit of power from this.

i would say gears as well, but install can cost.

I just put BBK CAI and 70mm Edelbrock TB on mine and noticed little bit more power. I could tell the difference from before to now.

no. if your looking for hp, get a tuner. easy hp, and your car will love it.
have gears be your next mod. you wont be dissapointed with a tuner. get the XCAL2 as well.

you will only gain like 7-8rwhp from cai/tb/plenum...and there are better options than the BBK like JLT and Tunable Induction or K&N FIPK...its ok to spend the money on these since you will need them in the future but i would do gears first or a Livernois Intake kit.
