i'm confused. i swore that i read in one of my magazines that the 02 cobra was never made cause they ran out of time to modify things on it so they waited for the 03 s/c ones. i'm prolly wrong.

Liked stated already only 100 Cobra's went to the Land Down Under. not 2000
03 Cobra's came out in June of 02 and Ford made more 03 Cobra than any other SNyear (13,476 cars) So because of the early release of the 03 and the large # they made one can only assume some of them cars should have been actually been 02's. But that's just my .02

I think besides the bumper and the right hand drive it was exactly the same as an 01. 2,000 were shipped to australia in 2002 I believe.
