Leaking fluid please help

Default Leaking fluid please help

Ok i had an oil spot on my garage floor this morning and i just jack the car up and i have oil or something coming from the back of my drive shaft where i goes to the differential and i guess it is getting flung off the drive shaft because it is on both of my mufflers what could it be and how di i fix it. Thanks

Rear pinion seal. Take the driveshaft down. It's 4 12mm 12 point bolts. Slide it out of the back of the trans and then just use a seal puller to get the old seal out. Then hammer a new one in place.

sounds like rear main. you can try some cd2 engine sealer as a temporary fix it worked on my car, been about a month and still hasnt leaked.
