Im not exactly sure, but it saves like 40 pounds or so. Most kits come with tubular a-arms and front coilovers to accomodate it. I know UPR, Granatelli, Maximum Motorsports have kits, and a few others.

RE: K-Member?
There is alot to consider with a k member swap. Some get expensive when they require coil overs and control arms. Also considerthe intended use of the vehicle; daily driver, autocross, drag?
If I was putting a k member on a dd personally I would go with griggs or maximum motorsports. They're a bit lighter than stock but beefy enough so you dont have to worry about them breaking.
Do a google search for "mustang 4.6 k member" and youll find all kinds of info. Definitely read up on them before you just buy one.
