Default ported NPI heads VS Stock PI heads

will ported NPI heads from VT still be less power than stock PI heads?

didn't even know VT did NPI heads, i would send them to Renegade Racing or Steen Racing, both are very good with NPI heads.

well i ask is b/c i was getting the stockers off this guy with an 04...he was gunna get VT heads or w/e.....but thet sent him NPI ported heads instead...so he offered to send me thoese intead....but my main question is is there much of a hp increase with the ported npi and how much diff....and would you say go with stock pi or new ported npi

It's been shown that the npi heads are not as restrictive as believed.. Most of the power is picked up through the cams/intake plus a little from the compression bump, then a little from the actual difference in the head..
"I" would personally do it..
