Default Chrome rim cleaning

I know this isnt a 4.6 tech question but they never answer in the detailing section... So i had a few questions. When your cleaning your rims what do you use? Just a sponge and soapy water? Would going to autozone and buying a microfiber towel be better? Also, when you are polishing them do you use mothers polish? I hear that its pretty popular...If so is this buyable at autozone?

Heres what I do...I used a different sponge everytime I wash my car both for the wheels and the body. I always wash the body first and then the wheels, spray them down really good you know how it goesbacks first then fronts cleanest to dirtiest.......and I just use soap on the wheels and mothers wheel chrome polish every so often you don't need to do it everytime....only use microtowel if I'm at a show etc.....other than that just use a clean towel and dry everything I haven't scratch them or anything like that...be careful when putting lug nuts on or off though the chrome is very soft and will nick easy to just so you know....
