if you get a mid-pipe now that will fit with your stock headers then if you ever get aftermarket headers you will have to get shorties... i dont know how concerned you are with the mods you do to your car as a "whole" but you might want to take that into consideration before you buy "the cheapest and best exhaust". i mean to me thats a pretty big contradiction. If you REALLY want your mustang to perform and sound loud and mean then why dont you take the money and deposit it in your bank account and wait until you can do your mustang justice and get a complete system. if you have to go slow to get fast.....

thats the thing, if you only have 400 bucks then why would u want to spend the money now and then just have to eat the expense of the mid pipe when you go to get lts-unless you are planning on getting shorties(i dont know why you would) that just wouldnt be logical...you are literally throwing money away
