He would have to be a real good driver and you be a real bad driver for him to beat you. They are pretty quick though. On my old 94 GT I gave one a small head start and I couldn't catch back up with it, and it was stock.

there is a here guy with a 96 GT 5spd with 3:73s u/d pulleys shorty headers O/R X-pipe, weldin flowmasters and a CAI and he got beat by a 06 V6 Auto Stang by 1 1/2 cars
but i beat both of them by buses in my 2000GT

Hey mattmoto441, either that 96 GT guy you know is the worst driver in the history of the world, or the v6 he raced had several mods. Stock for stock an 06 v6 won't be that close to a properly driven 96 GT.
