If this exhaust is for your 04 than I say Flows hands down. I just have the weld-ins on mine as well as the other stuff in my sig. I love my sound at idle as well as flooring it. A lot of guys disagree with me, but i think Flows sound the best on 99-04 GT's. here is a clip of my car. Sorry for the horrible sound quality though

Man that sounds sick. But that;s with an O/R X pipe? or just a cat X. I'm going to go with an H more old school sound. no prformance but sound is what i care for really thanks for the links
