ORIGINAL: Robbie02GT

I tried to get 500 hp out of my 2v, with a kenne bell with 16 lbs of boost. As you can tell it didnt hold together. I now have a built forged 5.4 2v with over 500 hp
I'm keeping mine a 283.... or 4.6 and added a procharger with a whole bunch of stuff.... Expecting mid to high 500rwhp on race tune. Mid 500rwhp on regular 93 octane tune.

Come Summer new Heads go on for another 30 horses and then a 75 shot of go baby go gas!

dude... lol... don't want to be rude, but yeah it is possible to have 500rwhp on a 2V 4.6L, but that engine won't last long.
2V´s are known for not supporting high lvls of boost for extended periods of time

6 lbs imo

either 500 crank or 500 rwhp is just not good for average 2V´s

yea i agree with that, but check this I knew a guy with a 550 rwhp 2v - stock motor and trans, and whats more insane is that it lasted for 2 years, but it was a weekend warrior, and I susupect he either kept it out of boost or pullied down - but he had the car and dyno sheet to prove it.[&:]
