I tried to get 500 hp out of my 2v, with a kenne bell with 16 lbs of boost. As you can tell it didnt hold together. I now have a built forged 5.4 2v with over 500 hp

dude... lol... don't want to be rude, but yeah it is possible to have 500rwhp on a 2V 4.6L, but that engine won't last long.
2V´s are known for not supporting high lvls of boost for extended periods of time

wait if you guys are talking about 500rwhp, what if i wanted to do a kennebell 2.1L on my bullitt and about 9lbs would give me around 420 at the crank is this kool or should i do the 6lbs would be like 370 at the crank.

yea i agree with that, but check this I knew a guy with a 550 rwhp 2v - stock motor and trans, and whats more insane is that it lasted for 2 years, but it was a weekend warrior, and I susupect he either kept it out of boost or pullied down - but he had the car and dyno sheet to prove it.[&:]
