So story goes...

I was a bit too drunk out the bar and i think i over reved it and went into redline...BUT I WENT BACK HOME IN MY FRIENDS CAR, I DIDNT DRIVE (just to clarify this for everyone that keeps bitching at me)

my car now sounds like a old school car and is REALLY LOUD and makes tickin noise....

will this be covered by warranty? will they work on my car even if i have Prochamber and CAI?

they'll still cover the motor under warranty, but I dunno if "over-revving" is covered. might not want to tell them you went over redline.

banging the rev limiter too much is known to cause the pistons to strike the plugsin the 4.6'sand blow em up or damage the gapping, i say check them out maybe?

Yeah they`ll work on the car. The problem you have doesn`t have anything to do with the CAI or the prochamber im sure so it should be covered under warranty. They may give you a hard time but thats always the case with dealearships. Just don`t tell them you were revving the **** out of it when the problem happened.

Just for clarification; you got drunk, busted your car, and you think Ford should fix it? Spending some of your own money to fix your car may teach you a lesson….at least, it should. I have no tolerance for drinking and doing ANYTHING behind the wheel of the car.

yea of course I wont tell them i was reving it...
gay thing is that this is one of the few times i was drivin my car a little harder, usually ive just been cruising with my car...

I got the Service Engine soon come on now...im gonna try to check the code with my SCT tuner, hopefully it works...

So the dealership won't bitch about my Prochamber or CAI? I hope not....this sucks, i ALWAYS have problems with fords and ialways end upbuying one [:@]
