right now i own a 02 GT with63,1xxmiles andmods listed in my sig and it is fully loaded leather sun roof blah blah and i just saw a 97 red cobra sor sale 5 min from my house. the cobra only las 14,3xx miles! it costs $16,900. i have about $5500 saved for a kenne bell for my 02 but do u think it would be worth it to trade mine in and use my money as like the whole payment and use that as a base because it is a 4v and only 14k on it or should i just keep mine and save some more for the kenne bell.

no that cobra is way overpriced, f that keep the 02 gt and kb that thing u will be way happier than u ever will wit that 97 cobra

16,900 is way too much for that car! I just passed one by with 43kmi on it for $8,000 it was a white loaded gray leather 98 cobra
The diff between 14kmi and 43kmi isn't much for a 10 year old car if it has been taken care of because bushings rot around the same time and same with gaskets and seals. Sitting longer is actually worse for a car than one that is driven on occasion!

i mean i am mainly pusin to stick with my GT just cause looks and a bunch of other thingsand i am 19so it was my first car but just didnt know if the cobra was really that good that i shouldent pass it up and i would try to low the price before i offered anything

it matters what you'd like to do in the future i'd say, and how these guys say its way to overpriced, they have no clue what they are talking about. i see 99-04 GT's priced for like $13k with 50k miles and stuff, so it's a deal for a 14k cobra. but if you want a drag car in the future, get the cobra, if you want considerable power keep your car and get a kenne bell, but the cool factor of having a cobra is way more than a "dime-a-dozen" new edge. imo of course.

1...if the cobra is stock u would beat him in a race with your mods
2.. 3..u have 5500 saved up get a kb and youll be much happier with your car
4..17g's...lol u can find a newer cobra for that price

If you really want a cobra, sell your gt, buy a 97 that has 60k on it for under 10 grand, then put the rest into the engine. Get a kb for the cobra. Whatever you do, dont pay 17 grand for a 97. Thats redicuous.
