ok it didnt stop making power but thats where my torque started dropping off so thats where he quit. we will fine tune it a lil more once i get my 90mm MAF and 12 lb pulley

yea... once you can get into some higher rpms... you will be running much better... and you will get to that 8psi... most pulleys are 8psi and then i just added a power pipe (was a homemade thinggy...) and it started getting 10ish psi...

I would add the powerpipe first and then see what power level you are at. I wouldn't just go throwing a 12 PSI pulley on there and have them get after it.

IMO 12 PSI is too much if you want your stock shortblock to live, 10 PSI is about the limit.

Not sure, if the PSI differs between s/cs but i have a 2.81 and put down around 15psi...

so then the 2.70 should make around 17-18 psi....i see they dont make a 2.60 in a 8rib they just to the 10rib 2.50 witch would be like the 22psi range right?

Just FYI don't make the mistake of comparing the pulley/boost of different superchargers unless they have the same gear ratio and impeller design. I don't think the stock roots 03/04 cobra blower is going to make the same boost with the same pulley as a centri on a GT.
