What eventer289said, you shouldn't even be thinking about buying just the tri-ax handle. It will do absolutely nothing for you. You have to buy the whole shifter, which is roughly $180 or so, but well worth it. I'm sure there's about a 1000 people on this board who will back me up on this one.
