The 2 people I have talked to that installed aftermarket gauge clusters said it was a direct drop in, just plug it in and go.

This is a writeup of how it works. The board just bolts right into the aftermarket cluster. All you have to do is swap the board over and plug it in, no worries.

Yes.... in the case of that cluster you will have no troubles, as you are keeping the green switchboard.... DEFINATLEY nice guages! MUCH better than those guage overlays! but how do you know he is switching it out for a cluster like this one and not a Cobra or Bullitt Cluster?

In any case all he should have to do is swap the boards out and he will be fine, so long as he orders the right one for his car. (and nothing screwy like a 96 cluster for his 03)

Except for the Cobra cluster... it goes up to 160mph, I tried switching the boards out on mine.... now my speedometer iss off by 10! [:@]

Well all your information has been fun to read, but to end the debate, im going to purchase these roush gauges used from someone, http://store.roushperformance.com/detail.aspx?ID=511 so if this makes any difference please inform me. Also I did see that i used "Our" instead of "Are", lol, i seen these after I posted and was hoping no one would notice. O well no harm done.

I think they light up like the cobras? If not i know the at least light up factory green, and thats what im looking for.
