Air Filter

3500 miles with March Ram Air. Thankfully, the engine side of the filter is pristine. There was about this much dirt that fell out just removing the air box.

FYI, the filter I use is an Amsoil 2-stage foam with a K&N wrap for a little more protection.

Good GOD that is A LOT of freaking dirt...how long did it take to get it all out?

Soaked it in soapy water for about 3 hours.

I custom fabbed my ram air out of PVC 4" sewer pipe. I was afraid of stuff like that but more so with rain and water!!! Fortunatley for me I never drive the car on dirty rainy days and live in NY...no dirt flin around likenear the desert..lol
