The 4Vs seem to go with 4.30s usually. Since they rev higher 4.10s in a GT=4.30s in a 4V

None. Its a torque multiplier. No real "power" will be gained, but you WILL feel the difference.

Unless you want to go extreme-ish and do 4.30, then yes.

Umm, Its hard to explain. I'll have to let someone else take a crack at this one. I have no experience with 4.30, nor with 4v's.
