The 4Vs seem to go with 4.30s usually. Since they rev higher 4.10s in a GT=4.30s in a 4V

None. Its a torque multiplier. No real "power" will be gained, but you WILL feel the difference.

Unless you want to go extreme-ish and do 4.30, then yes.

Mine runs ~2750 at 75. Not too bad. 10-15 miles isnt bad at all. Go Ford racing 4.10's.
O damn. You dont consider cruising at 2750rpms a bad thing? That seems kinda high. I feel bad for cruising at 2200...
