if you mean the 2000 R then im fairly certain it's a no for one of 3 reasons
1) i believe it was also a dual runner design your heads are not ported for
2) the width of the 5.4L is too big for your 4.6 hence there is different manifolds for both
3) if you saw the price (let alone find one for sale) im fairly certain you'll think otherwise

order it from austrailia!!!! lol... just the shipping would kill.. i bought something that wasnt to big yesterday (part for a camera), and its costing 30AU to ship it to the US.... although that isnt bad considering its half way across the world. lol
