Nitrous re-fill stations in NY?????

Nitrous re-fill stations in NY?????
ASnyone know where I can get a re-fill for my bottle near Albany, NY I did find a guy, but he's insane and wants to charge me $6.50 per lb. I know Brenspeed charges $2.50, but I cannot exactly get in my car and drive there from here..lol I will buy an extra bottle or two so that I only have to make one trip at a time to maybe a nearby statE! any help would be appreciated. Ohh I know there are fill stations in Long Island, but that's 4.5-5hours from me and I won't have all that city traffic!

As far as I remember they don't, but that doesn't mean anything because it's supposedly illeagal and they won't tell you over the phone, but I do have rapport with them and will stop by there and let you know. Thanks I never gave it a thought!
