For those who don't know, I'm moving to Richmond IN in a few months, and I was wondering about a few things. 1) Is there a smog test when I get there to registar my car (I have no cats)? 2) Is there anyone on here that's part of a Mustang 4.6 club, or any other mustang club and 3) Any good tuning shops around? Thanks for all the help!

I live in Indy, about 70 miles west of Richmond. I will answer your questions the best I can.

1. There is not an emissions test. I also have an O/R X pipe, you will be fine. The Police Officer down the street actually helped me get installed.

2. There are a few clubs in Indy, but I do not belong to any. Most of them want you to attend meetings on a regular basis, and I can't do that. I am an Operations Manager for a shipping company, so I never know what time I will get off work.

3. You have Brenspeed 138 miles north of Richmond (you see their ad on the website), and there is also a guy in Indy that does Mustang work at a shop called Full-Throttle Performance. I have talked to him a few times, but never taken my car there. I usually do all my work myself.

Cool thanks for the info man that really helped! I'm not really into car clubs that much either, but it'd be nice to meet some locals with similar interests. I can't take time from work to attend schedualed meetings either. Thanks again!
