if you do go with a gt, sell the steeda uca's and buy yourself a panhard bar and torque arm to replace it. uca's are crap in design and hurt handling in our cars more than help. I also do not have much of an affection for steeda when most of their products center on making things pretty, but that is just me because I am more of a handling enthusiast, but the steeda stuff is good for most stangs.

I go with the Black '03 GT. Besides having lower miles, and being Black (Which is just badass), it's all stock. With the other car that has mods, you never know what's been done to it, and you never know if it was done correctly. And, of course, as you said, a car with mods has probably been beat on a bit.

go for the black and try to lower the price a little bit. Nothing wrong with red color either. But the miles on the red one are way too high. I have 99 and just rolled over the 76K mark.

If your set on one of those two, then go with the black one.

However, a '99 or '01 cobra would be well in your price range. You may want to look into that as well.
