Cobra Question, looking to buy.

I have found a 1999 cobra, with 52k on the clock, hes asking 12 grand. All recalls were performed and serviced by ford and he has the documentation. There are some slight probelms with the vehicle what do you guys think about these problems and a few of the mods.

Do you tech guys think the timming chain would be a major probem? Is this actually common, or is this bs? What about the ABS light?
