Default Getting rid of the whistle...?

Im sure you all know what im talking about or mabye there something wrong with mine. But when ever im on the throttle a little bit theres a whistling noise. Sounds like a supercharger whine. But im NA, people think I have a supercharger and it pisses me off... I wanna get rid of it!! Anyone know how? Does everyones do this? I remember mine did when i changed the intake but the more mods i did the louder it got... I guess better breathing. Its so annoying.

Mine doesnt make this sound, at least what I can hear. I remember my old car, a '97 SHO, sounded like it had a supercharger sometimes too. It was pretty funny. I know when you have low power steering fluid, when you turn, it sounds like a supercharger, but thats when you turn not accelerate.

that problem would be your throttle body. I used to hate it but then I started to like it and now I don't really like it anymore. It kind of makes me mad because it makes me think that I have a leak somewhere and i'm losing power. If any1 knows is that true? But yeah it's your TB and as far as I know there is only one way to fix that and that is toput the stocker back on[:'(]

My other GT used to do this. Just idling, it would whistle. I LOVED it. Maybe Put the Air silencer back on?

are you sure that it is the intake?? when I first had my CAI it didn't make any sound until I got my TB. Maybe it is a combo of both that make it really loud..?? No performance it affected is it because some people don't have the problem and some do.

A video would be nice. Now that I think about it, when I am in fist gear, my car does make a whistling sound under part throttle. This is ever since I installed my C&L intake tube, K&N filter, and removed the silencer.
