my 2 cents.... exhaust 1st, so you can atleast have it sounding like a mustang....o/r mid pipe and cat back. from there either go gears, or start making your way towards full bolt ons (you can get gears later, they are cheap, but install is expensive)....aka....75mm throttle body, 75mm plenum, tuner/chip, pullyes, you already have you cai, lets see here.....oh yeah!! YOU NEED a short throw shifter.....otherwise...welcome to the world of missing gears in intense situations (racing)

You guys have your order of mods all mixed up LOL.. First thing would be in intake.. second mod would be something that sits in your intake that blows funny gas through it. Then get a stall conv, and some good tires and walcome to the low 13's. After that get some gears and LT headers and you should be dipping into the 12's if you can drive an auto...
