it's your door switches, most likely. but I would think your car would also beep at you if those were shot, I think mine beeps when the door is open for awhile.

somewhere on the door sill. I dunno exactly. open your doors, one at a time and push the switch with your finger, I think it should just be a little pushbutton. never really looked at the door switches, so i could be completely wrong, lol.
