Default Actually getting my SCT now.

Ok well now I am actually getting my SCT Xcal unlocked. It didn't come with a manual and the online one wasn't that great.

How do I create multiple tunes? I am not changing anything big, I just want a normal tune and a valet tune.

Can I just plug it in and do it or is there a special process?

Can I create and save tunes right on the device itself?

Thanks for any help

I'd not do the tune yourself if you haveno experience. Can you hit a Dyno soon, otherwise you may be sweepin' the streets![&o]

like lizzy said I would bring to tuner and I can refer you to some if need be but you only want to adjust things like tire size gear change t/c on/off etc I wouldnt start getting into air/fuel or advanced timing

Oh god no. I wasn't going touch stuff like A/F and timing. I just want to change the tire size and the 2 step rev limiter for now. I want to have one tune that is for me and one for whoever borrows it (Low rev Limiter). For now anyway. I got it because it was either a speed cal for $100 or this for $200.

Can I just save multiple tunes right from the device? Do I just plug it in and turn the key?

You can create and save up to 3 tunes. I'm gonna guess that you cant create a 2 step on your own. My tuner said it had to be done with his tuning software.
