Well, I don't know who your tunner is, he may be good at tunning, but he doesnt know anyhting about exhaust gasses, or he is just saying what he has heard. The Prochamber is actually the best midpipe for scavaging exuahst. It heats up the exhuast gasses more than an X-pipe would, and an X pipe heats the exhuast gas substantially. The hotter the gas, the faster it will flow.

Your tunner was probably commenting on MAC products, which I, and alot of others think, that the quality isnt great (the welds, how its put together, etc). I have had lots of MAC stuff, and the only MAC product I like at all is the underdrive pullies I have for my 89 and the Prochamber. Its been tested by many a mustang magazine, and it comes out on top as the best flowing midpipe.

And some more info. Don't take his word, or even my word ...infact, you can't really beleive anyhting you hear these days because everyone thinks if they read it on the internet they think, "OMG, IT MUST BE TRUE!"

I am just saying from dyno and track experience that the prochamber hleps alot in the higher rpms, even on a stock engine.

yeah they are nice, who ever said stage1s arnt worth it sucks, i mean its a matter of a opinion, but for people who arnt trying to make a 8 second dragster out of a 2v GT...haha but no really the idle was choppy before the tune, after the tune, its nice, its not all jumpy but you can most deff tell it has cams, heres a link of it before tune..kinda of ****ty qaulity but yeah http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FiORn4_OQ_Y

I hope your tunner is right, becuase I used to have an off road x and slp lm 1's and those things were loud, but had some garbabe sound that I didnt like with them. The resonantors where just to big for a catless midpipe, so the time I want to go with an x and magnapacks!

Maybe it because I bought a cheap Pypes x pipe that I noticed a big differnece going to the MAC on the dyno and at the track.
