not to sure yet, cause i can trade my fox body for one of my friends 67 fastbacks that he just has sittign in his garage, the problem is having time to do all the work, god that would be sooo freakin sweat to drive

i got semi erect when i saw this car. but then when i saw the wrecked termie i got alittle sad. i cant believe they put that interior in it as well. awesome car!

The 4.6L is too wide for a stock engine bay for the first gen Mustangs. Even the '71-'73 Mustang engine bay would need major work to fit, and it was designed for a 385 series big block.
At the least, you'll need to install a Mustang II front suspension to get rid of the shock towers.
FYI, it'd be easier to modify your '69 to fit a 385-series, and will provide A LOT more power. An FE big block would fit no problem. A stroked 351W would give you the easiest bang for the buck.
