TPS reading low......why????

What's up all. Been a while since I posted but now it's time to pick your collective brains since I'm tapped out. Lately I've been having hesistation issues on my stang. I've changed my IAC valve, PCV, and IAT sensors this week still no change. Today I checked the voltage on my TPS and I got 0.28 (closed throttle) and 2.08 (WOT). After reading my haynes manual I saw that my TPS was out of range. I went to autozone and bought a new TPS and put it on. I checked the voltage and got 0.27 at closed throttle and 2.31 at WOT.

Is something wrong with this? I thought that 99-04 stangs were supposed to be around 5 volts at WOT and just under 1 volt at idle. Am I off base y'all? Is there a secret to adjusting the TPS on our cars to read .98 to .99 volts at idle since they are supposed to non-adjustable? HELLLLLLPPP!!!

How long ago did you install you TB? Auto or manual?

My throttle body has been on my car for around 10 months. It's an automatic.
