Default please read

After taking the engine apart I have 2 pistons with gouges that happened when 3 valves were damaged, should I only replace the 2 damaged pistons or do I have to replace all 8?

You can just replace just the 2 pistons. What caused the valves to hit?

happens when we changed the head gaskets, i guess we put the timimg wrong
