Default Rim to caliper spacing

How much room is needed between the inside of the rim and the brake caliper ? I've got 20" Foose nitrous wheels,and a 13" Cobra brake kit on my car.And I can't even fit a penny between them.

If it will spin without scraping, then its fine.
