ORIGINAL: 00TropicGreenStang

My heads are at a performance shop right now. For 225 they will give me a performance upgrade (includes: all the seals, valve guides, and a 3 angle valve job) and for 75 an hour they will port my exhaust ports. So, I don't know what to go with NA Stage 1 or 2s or just doing what the tread started said and getting the Blower Stage 2s. I have a tuner so they will retune it and I have to order the valve springs if I am going with Stage 2s.
I am by no means an expert on this. But isn't the intake side the side that requires more porting, not the exhaust? Are you only getting the exhaust side ported?

From what they said if you port the exhaust side to match the LTs then it will be a good idea. I asked about the intake side and they said what I have heard a few times and that is it's not worth it because we have plastic intakes and they already match up. If I had a fully aluminum intake I could have that ported along with the intake side of the head.
