So I've had my Mongoose kit sitting in my room for about 3 months now. I dropped the car off saturday morning to get it installed/dyno tuned. I get a call this morning and my installer tells me Vortech sent me a 96-98 COBRA kit...I couldn't believe it. So I call Vortech and they admit that they f'd up by tracing their files. So the good news is they are going to pay the $400 to overnight ship the right kit. The bad news is I was supposed to get the car back tomorrow and the shop won't even get the kit until Thursday sometime...What a bummer!![:@]

Were you waiting for the shop to fit you in and now that is ruined, or can you get it back in there asap? That would suck if they can't fit you in for a long time. oh well all is good when the vortech is in.

well since its only a couple days away the shops letting me keep the car in their garage until they get it, and as soon as they get it they are starting the install so they are really being fair about this whole thing
