Default Expensive plugs worth it for stock N/A?

Want to change my plugs out today. Was wondering what type of plugs to get. I'll be gettin' them from a local parts house so my choices are: Autolite, Champion , Bosch , or NGK.
http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductL...or=Spark+Plugs

Wondering if the double platinum or other premium versions of these pulgs are worth it for my application? Usually I baby my stock N/A 4.6 with all the best stuff I can get such as synthetic oils, clean 91 octane..etc.. Thanks for the input.

I would try these but they are so damn expensive:

http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductD...60&PTSet=A

That would be $55 for a set of spark plugs! I actually work at Advance Auto though, so I would get 20% of that I doubt performance plugs like that would really do anything, but I would definitely like to try them. Does anyone know what the life range is for different types of plugs (copper, platinum, iridium, etc.) ?

BTW, my car is only at 37,500 miles...........should I bother with plugs at this point or wait 'till 60-100? I don't drive it very often due to winter conditions, but when I do drive it I use lots of throttle.

FWIW, Ihave used Champion Double Platinum in everything we've owned (that goes on the street), including my '90 and '92 supercharged Miatas, for years and have never had a spark related problem.I usually change 'em out at 50k to 60k miles, not because it's needed but more because it seems as though I've got my money's worth...

I used Autolite and they were trash. I was misfiring like crazy. I changed them to Motorcraft and my engine ran smooth from then on. They've been on for about 40,000 miles and they are still within gap spec (.052-.056).

Running 91 octane in your car really isnt worth it either, unless ofcourse you have it tuned for it. If not its just a pure waste of money.
