so i was driving down my street and i stop at a stop sign. all of of a sudden smoke starts bellowing out from the engine bay. i shut the car off right away and check under the hood; my number 8 coil ismelting from the top.i just unplugged the coil and continued on to work.

i took out the coil and replaced it with one from theright bank, it still had the same noticable miss in the left exhaust pipe. i looked at the connector and the wires looked okay. the spark plug looked kinda green. i don't know what it can be?

when was the last time you changed your spark plugs? sounds like corrosion to me

i changed them about 3k miles ago, the spark plug to that cylinder looked okay, the color was not normal but ihave beenrunning it without spark for a few days.

i think i'm just going to have to take it down to thr and have them look at it.
