Tell me how that goes because thats sounding like a pretty sweet deal If i did that i could get 4.10's and a tuner.

Heres what I was able to find...using this site/ebay

PI Intake here $128
PI Cams new here $115
4.10 frpp gears new ebay $115
speedcal/gear kit american muscle $135
8.8 posi clutches ebay $52
dial indicator for gear install $35

still going to need some pi intake gaskets and such but all in all its pretty cheap, GL!
