ok so with these on my car and a good day good or ok driver what would i most like run and around how much hp to the motor would it be

and also im at the point of saving for cams how would stage 1 cams do along with those mods

I'd say you would have about 245-250whp, you could run anywhere from mid 13's to high 14's. It's all in the driver.

well thats true but as for putting on some cams stage ones would that be a big differnece in 1/4 time or just about the same

The cams will make a difference but it won't be massive.

The biggest advantage a aftermarket cam has over the stockers is the powerband after about 5500 RPM. I didn't gain much (about 15 WHP) peak with the stage 2s, but I gained 30 WHP at redline (6000 RPM). N/A the car was falling off around 5500, with the stage 2s (before the blower) it was pulling all the way to redline.

2nd run he misses 3rd but before that neck and neck

i would save your money on some of those and invest in suspension and some good tires. horsepower isn't everything if your spinning. who cares if you have say 350hp but your pulling 2.5 60ft times? the guy with less hp pulling say 1.8 60 ft times will beat you
