First of all I already raced him in my stang, he brake boosted and jumped me and I still caught up and passed him.
I had an 04 SRT-4, I sold it for a 2005 Triumph Daytona 650, and a 1999 Mustang GT.
If you like at the signature it says "SRT-4 SOLD"

Walk away.....lesson learned....I'm very trusting also and have got burnt a few times by supposed friends....but....eventually they call on you again,....and tell them to take hike...well,,,somethin close...

Theres not much the Police can do, at least here they can't. It is not a criminal matter, it is civil. You'd have to take him to small claims court. Its just like if you don't pay your car payment, you don't get arrested, you get your **** repo'd.
